    I would advise you run your videos by a structural engineer, 24" o.c. spacing does not work in most of the country for wind loading, I would never frame a floor with 24" o.c. Why is plywood better than osb? very bad video should be pulled

      Thank you for your feedback, blair633, however, advanced framing is an accepted practice that has been around for quite some time now. While you are correct to point out that it's not appropriate for all regions, the project featured in this video is in a noncoastal region of Texas. The video was merely meant to serve as a primer for those who may be unfamiliar with the general principles of advanced framing, and we always advise our readers to work with local building officials. As for the differences between OSB and plywood, it is not stated whether one is better than the other. Risinger merely states a preference for plywood, which may be an excellent topic for a future episode!
